The reservation request form is designed to collect only the information needed to review an initial flight or hotel reservation enquiry.

Information you choose to provide

This can include your name, contact details, travel route, dates, passenger or guest counts, hotel preferences and notes. The form does not request passport uploads or payment-card information.

How request data is handled

Validated requests may be recorded on the website's protected server storage so the enquiry can be reviewed. If email notifications are enabled, a notification may also be sent to the site's dedicated mailbox. Access to request data should be limited to people handling the enquiry.

Server logs

The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps for security and operation.

Data minimisation

Do not submit passport scans, identity documents, card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through the initial enquiry form.

Retention

Reservation-request information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, provide the requested service, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations.
